He seemed taken off guard by her desperate need to know. He took in a gulp of air and sighed heavily with distress. This wasn’t going to be easy, but he needed her to know. He wasn’t one to rush things, well, usually he was. He had his moments of being impatient, and his tantrums. There was always consequences of things changing, or always remaining the same. Still, he thought long and hard about this, and had a decision to make.
He looked directly into her blue sky eyes and spoke, “Namine…I’m not ready to say I love you.” There he said it.
In moment like this, she really wished to be like any other nobody, and not felt a thing. Sadly she did.
It was like everything stop when he finally said what was haunting her for so long. Her body was frozen and she really didn’t knew what to say. Roxas didn’t love her, and that was a fact.
“Oh…” She could only say and stepped back, her hands folding behind as she turned around and faced the wall. ”Is okay… t—that was it?” She tried to act like everything was still the same but deep inside she felt like a wall just shatter into million pieces.
